Why no iOS 15 for iPhone SE, 6S and 6S Plus
Apple done this for several times with previous iPhone’s where’s they stuck at some point e.g iPhone 4s 5,5c, 5s,6 ,6 Plus as this iPhone getting Old enough and same with iPhone SE, 6S and 6S Plus
iPhone 6S and 6S Plus comes with iOS 9 back at 2015 but SE in 2016 with same A9 SoC these iPhone’s gets five year of iOS update and its getting old

But the main problem about apps as iOS 15 if new apps arrives with iOS 15 than there is no way to downlaod it and use on that time you need to upgrade your iPhone that runs iOS 15

i don’t think so apple provide any iOS 15 update to iPhone SE 6s, 6s Plus due its getting old enough and there is no confirmation for release but you can expect this year
