I know that most of you want to know what changes are going to take place in this iOS 18 update and if you explore right away you will know that there are lots of new features coming like the all-new way to customize the home screen to different colors for apps, and you can now place apps icons anywhere to the lock screen so again there are lots of features which you only able to explore after installing iOS 18
Can we Able to install iOS 18 Right now
Currently, the iOS 18 beta version is rolling out to developers, and public beta updates are also rolling out this update is going to be one of the major iOS updates you must install on your iPhone to explore it but most are still looking to install right away all you have to be patience and wait for the final which is going to happen next month after the release of all new iPhone 16 lineup and I don’t recommend you to go for the beta version
The reason why you still need to wait for the stable version has some bugs and you will somehow face some performance issues which is common when you install the beta only if you have a secondary iPhone for me I have multiple iPhones so I installed it on my iPhone 11 and it still performs great
Which iPhones are getting iOS 18 update
When it comes to the supported iPhone last year dropped support for iPhone X, iPhone 8, and iPhone 8 Plus which is obvious that they have been getting enough updates for almost five years, and this year shockingly last year supported iOS 17 iPhones are eligible for the iOS 18 update which I mentioned below

iPhone 12, 12 Mini, 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max

Which iPhone is not getting iOS 18
So far almost most of the iPhone that runs iOS 17 going to get iOS 18 updates which means the iPhone XR and later iPhones are about getting updates if you have earlier models like the iPhone 8, 8 Plus, and iPhone X you won’t be getting any updates
