You Don’t Need to worry about anything due old iPhone still in use and it doesn’t matter if Apple left support due it still usable and in future you can still use as most of apps still runs on IOS 10 and 11 but there is one issue we can’t install app that which is require later iOS version which takes a long time so no need to worry

Apps : As I Already told You that there is no need to Worry about any Kind of app issue due iPhone SE running Latest iOS version which is IOS 13 and you find to lag while using it hopefully future coming also can install that requires iOS 13

Gaming : For Me Gaming is the core part I Know my gaming experience with iPhone 5s which is not good similarly on SE I found that Display Size is small where gaming is not fun I Play PUBG a lot for me required a Big Screen but causal games runs pretty well on it

Battery : Battery plays important role in iPhone if Battery not properly giving backup then it really sluggish and annoying due you need to check you battery performance overall battery is good but upgrade if needed

Updates : iPhone SE still get updates and there is no time frame when apps stops support to iPhone SE and there is chance that might be iOS 14 would be the last as i thought but really there is no confirmation so on
